Cau Dat

We are super excited to offer our first coffee from Vietnam! This is a great coffee to drink black but also holds up well to cream and sugar. Definitely worth a try.

This Bean is produced by roughly 100 small holders in the Cau Dat, Da Lat area where 30% are women owned and managed. Since the farmers do not process their own crop, the cherries are harvested and processed at the local wet mill. Once they are dried to the desired moisture level they are sent to be milled (dry) and bagged in Grain Pro and burlap ready for export.
